A.G. Hospitality Services, Inc., was founded by Mr. Korroch in 1999 as a hotel management and consulting firm. A.G. Holdings, LLC is the parent company to A.G. Hospitality Management Services, LLC and A.G. Development, LLC.
Jim has over twelve years of successful hotel sales, operations, management, development and franchising experience. He is the co-founder of a leading extended-stay hotel company based in Wichita, Kansas.
Jim believes that thoughtful planning, prudent growth and a great team are a recipe for A.G.'s ongoing success.
Jim works hard so that he can enjoy his four young daughters, Anna, Grace, Clare and Joannie .
Lea Firestone
Executive Vice President & COO

Lea joined the AG team in August, 2004 as the Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for the management of hotel operations and sales. This also encompasses guest satisfaction, quality assurance, safety, loss prevention, budget adherence, and brand standard compliance. Lea coordinates the pre-openings of all newly constructed hotels.
Before joining AG, Lea was most recently the General Manager for SPS Asset Management as well as the President of Emporia’s Radio Stations, Inc. He has been employed as the General Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, and Sports Director for numerous radio stations throughout his broadcasting career.
Lea is married to his wife Crystal, a special education teacher. He has two children: son, Jory and daughter, Talia.
Linda Knightley
Controller
AG Holdings, LLC
Linda joined A.G. Hospitality as the Controller in October, 2008. Linda has a B.A. in Business Administration from West Virginia University. She has worked in the Accounting field for many years with vast experience regarding A/P, A/R, month end procedures, budget preparations and cash flow analysis. Linda was a Staff Accountant for Lodgeworks Hotel Corp. for seven years, and most recently was the Assistant Controller for CGF Corporation here in Wichita, KS.
Linda enjoys spending time with her family, reading, history and sports.
LeAnn Esslinger
Executive Administrator
Director of Human Resources
AG Holdings, LLC
LeAnn is the Executive Administrator and Director of Human Resources for AG Holdings. She joined the company in April 2006 as the AP and Payroll Supervisor. She moved into the Executive Administrator position in July 2006 and in October 2007 accepted the Director of Human Resources position. She now assists the other managment team members, as well as the hotels in day to day operations as well as payroll and other employee issues. She also is involved in new development processes.
LeAnn attended Emporia State University and is a Certified Legal Assistant. Her previous professional experience includes over 6 years experience as the Accounting/Human Resources Manager for two hotels here in Wichita. She was most recently the Accounting Manager responsible for payroll, assisting with benefit administration and handling accounts payable and accounts receivable for a manufacturing company.
