Susan is a Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana graduate with a B.S. from the Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management School. She began her hotel management career in 1984. She has worked for Marriott International opening the first Courtyard in Iowa and continued on in several General Manager positions in Michigan and Arkansas. While managing Courtyard, she was the recipient of two Platinum Hotel awards. After taking a brief hiatus from hotel management to be the Director of Human Resources at Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas, she returned to hotel management in July 2001. Joining AGHMS, Susan opened the 100th Candlewood Suites Hotel in Rogers, Arkansas.

Billy is a Southern
Arkansas University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science
& History. He began his Hospitality - Entertainment industry career in
1992. Prior to joining the AG Hospitality
team in September 2005; Billy served as General Manager of several Casino/Route
Gaming companies in Louisiana, New Mexico, and Nevada. Throughout
his 18 year career in the industry; Billy has continued to advance
his professional education through extensive sales & marketing, brand
management, and customer service training.
During Billy’s five year tenure at TownePlace Suites Bentonville; the
hotel has become the most awarded TownePlace Suites in the Marriott
brand. Billy is an avid New Orleans
Saints / Arkansas Razorback fan; as well as, a Personal Fitness Trainer.
Bob Dall

Bob began his career in the hotel industry at the 264-room Holiday Inn in Joplin, MO in 1982. He was promoted to General Manager in 1985. During his tenure there he opened the John Q. Hammons Trade Center bringing the available meeting and banquet space to over 45,000 sq. ft. In 1990, he became the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Loma Linda Development Co., a 2300 acre residential development built around 2 golf courses with 120 condominium-style extended-stay lodging units. He was also the managing officer of Loma Linda’s public water system. In 1995, he became the opening General Manager for the 122-room Precious Moments Best Western Hotel owned by the Precious Moments Company, through 2003. Under Bob's leadership, the hotel received 5 consecutive Governor's Awards for outstanding quality. In 2003 he became the General Manager of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Tulsa, OK. Again under Bob's leadership, the hotel received many awards including the Suite Cleanliness and Brand Champion Award. Bob joined the A.G. team in June, 2004 as the opening General Manager of the Joplin, MO TownePlace Suites, a 74-suite extended-stay hotel, the first of it's kind in the Joplin, MO area.

Jennifer joined the A.G. team in September, 2005 at the Wichita TownePlace Suites as a desk clerk. In April 2006, Jennifer was promoted to Sales Account Manager of the Residence Inn at Plazzio. Being an integral part of the team, she was again promoted to Assistant General Manager in January 2007. Her strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence paved the way for her promotion to General Manager in June 2007. Her skills have allowed the Residence Inn at Plazzio to win numerous awards within our company as well as Marriott International, including the Platinum Hotel Award for 2007.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Communication.
Andrew Bryant

Andrew began his hotel career in 2004 at the Hotel at Old Town in Wichita, Kansas as a front desk associate. He quickly worked his way up to Front Office Manager and learned much about the hotel business and the Wichita market at his first hotel.
He joined the AG family in October 2006 to help open the new Courtyard by Marriott - Wichita at Old Town as the Assistant General Manager. As part of the original opening team he was instrumental in the hotel's achievement of "Opening Hotel of the Year" for the Courtyard by Marriott brand at the 2007 Courtyard Awards ceremony.
In August 2008, Andrew stepped into the General Manager role at the Courtyard and strives to instill the idea of continuous improvement to all associates and departments with a focus on superior guest service.
Andrew graduated with an Associate of Arts from Cowley County Community College in May 2004 with a 4.0 GPA and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Friends University in May 2007.
Mitch Goddard

Mitch joined the AG Hospitality team in April of 2009 as the opening General Manager of the new 101 room Residence Inn by Marriott in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Mitch has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Restaraunt Administration from Southwest Missouri State University. He was most recently the General Manager of the Candlewood Suites in Springfield, Missouri and has held several Assistant GM positions with various IHG and Marriott properties throughout Missouri and Oklahoma. Mitch has extensive experience with Front Office operations and strives to maintain only the highest Guest Satisfaction Scores. The majority of his career has been targeted at managing extended stay properties throughout the Midwest. With Mitch's varied experience and expertise, we are sure that the Residence Inn in Stillwater will be Oklahoma's number 1 hotel!
